My Brother's Wedding...
Over the Christmas holidays, I had the chance to capture my brother's wedding. While it was the easiest wedding I have ever done (eventhough I was almost 8 months pregnant), it was a destination wedding with a guest list of 10 people. We all flew out to Vegas on Christmas night, and spent three days with his wedding on Saturday. The wedding was outside the city at a beautiful wedding location. It was exactly what I would expect Jarrod's wedding to be like. I can't believe my little brother got married. My goal is to get all the pictures edited before the baby comes, but here are a couple I have done so far.

Christmas Cards....
Since everyone' s Christmas cards have gone out, I wanted to show you a couple that I designed this year. I can't decide which one is my favorite because they are all so different! Thanks to the wonderful families that give me the opportunity to do their Christmas cards every year. Have a blessed Christmas!

Zach...
I would normally not take a chance on scheduling a session at the end of November because the weather is so unpredicatable, but I am so glad we did! We went to the botanical gardens in Fort Worth and the fall colors were radiant. We had a fun time, and I enjoyed being able to capture Zach's senior pictures. The fall colors were perfect for Zach, and I look forward to using these great pictures to design his graduation invitation.

Four Years...
I have had the privilege of photographing the Melia family every fall for the past 4 years. Ever year I think the pictures are better as the kids get older, but this year it is going to be so hard to pick some pictures for their Christmas card. The weather was great, and the kids did awesome. We had so much fun! These are just a couple of my favorities.

Michael and Brandon
While this is one of my busiest times of year, I love all of the family and kid sessions I get to do for Christmas cards. Here are two of my favorite boys. I enjoy being able to capture their personalities through pictures. I didn't do a full session with them as we just tried to get a couple for their Christmas card. They are so cute!

Aiden...
How cute is he? I had so much fun photographing Aiden. He has such a fun personality, and great smile. He was very cooperative, and there were so many excellent shots to choose from. At the end of the session, I was trying to get him to take a couple more pictures and he said, " I am tired of taking pictures!" He was so precious!

Ice Cream...
I saw a set of pictures a photographer did with kids and ice cream. I thought it was a great way to end a session, and I am so glad I did. The facial expressions I got where priceless. Drew did such a great job yesterday, and I had such a fun time photographing their family. I haven't had a chance to edit all of their pictures, but here are a couple of my ice cream favorites!

Emily and Lindsay..
Here are a couple from a senior/sister session. I had a great time capturing these beautiful young ladies. It was fun to get back into taking pictures. I had forgotten how much I enjoy capturing peoples' lives. It was a gorgeous day, which always makes my job easier. I love this time of year!

A Break...
It has been quite a while since I have updated my blog. I have taken a couple of months off from photography because I am pregnant with our first child. I was sick the entire first three months, and then adjusting to a new school and job. Things have settled down and I am now busy with senior pictures and family sessions for Christmas cards. Here is the reason for the long break... Baby Boy Bellamy who is due February 27th!

Bride and Groom
I have already posted a couple from Eric and Carrie's wedding, but here are a couple more that I just loved. It was an outdoor wedding, and it made for a beautiful backdrop. Another reason I love outdoor weddings!
